Pet Policy: All applicants, whether or not they have a pet or animal, must complete a household profile at https://mtnwestrentals.petscreening.com. Owner approval is required for up to two pets, with each pet weighing less than 40 lbs. Dogs prohibited under the property's insurance policy are not eligible for approval. All approved pets are subject to applicable pet deposits and monthly pet fees.

There is a monthly Tenant Benefits charge of $30 for all Mountain West Management Services rental units.
