SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Mountain West Management Services, LLC (“MWMS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Types of Messages
If you consent to receive text messages from MWMS, you may receive conversational or informational messages related to:
- Rental inquiries and available properties
- Showing and appointment coordination
- Rental applications and leasing
- Resident accounts and tenancy
- Maintenance requests and scheduling
- Move-in and move-out coordination
- Property management services
- Owner, vendor, or community association communications
- Other service-related matters
MWMS does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
You may consent to receive text messages by texting us first or by providing consent verbally, electronically, or in writing during the normal course of doing business with MWMS.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a rental application, entering into a lease, engaging MWMS, or receiving property management services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, requests, account activity, tenancy, property, or services.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. MWMS does not charge a separate fee for receiving text messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. You may need to provide consent again before receiving future text messages from MWMS.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, coverage, or other circumstances outside MWMS’s control.
Text messaging should not be used for emergencies. Call 911 for police, fire, medical, or other life-threatening emergencies. Residents should submit property-related maintenance emergencies through the designated maintenance reporting system.
Privacy
Information collected through our SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and text message consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to These Terms
MWMS may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
