Lease Term: 12-months

Tenant is responsible for electricity, which must be placed in the tenant’s name. Water, sewer, and garbage (W/S/G) are billed at a flat monthly rate along with rent.

Pet Policy: All applicants with or without a pet/animal must complete a profile at https://mtnwestrentals.petscreening.com/ Owner approval is required for up to two pets, each weighing less than 40 lbs. Approved pets are subject to breed restrictions, additional deposits, and monthly pet fees.

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property.

There is monthly Tenant Benefits charge of $30 for all Mountain West Management Services rental units.
